Originally from the United Kingdom, Nikki served nine years as a Non-Commissioned Officer in the British Army before successfully running her own public house. After emigrating to New Zealand (Waiheke Island) in 2007, she built a strong background in operations and management before discovering her passion for residential property management in 2016.
After spending the last 14 years living and working in Auckland, Nikki has recently returned to Waiheke Island and is excited to be part of the local community once again. She is passionate about helping property owners maximise the potential of their investments while providing exceptional service to both landlords and tenants. Building genuine, long-lasting relationships and delivering honest, professional advice are at the heart of everything she does.
Known for her approachable nature, strong work ethic, and attention to detail, Nikki is committed to making the property management experience as seamless and stress-free as possible. Whether working with first-time landlords or experienced investors, she takes pride in providing personalised service and treating every property as if it were her own.
Outside of work, Nikki enjoys making the most of the Waiheke lifestyle with her family. She is an avid supporter of the All Blacks and loves exploring the Island’s beautiful beaches, walking trails, and vibrant community, bringing that same energy and enthusiasm to her work every day.
