Vicki is an accomplished professional with more than 35 years’ experience across customer service, business development, sales, retail operations, and property management.
Before entering the property industry, Vicki worked at Auckland Airport in customs and freight forwarding. She later joined Vodafone, where she spent 12 years in a variety of corporate, operational, retail, and business development leadership roles.
Vicki subsequently built an extensive career in residential property management, working as a Property Manager before progressing to the position of Head of Residential Property Management. She has now transitioned into a growth-focused role, where her comprehensive industry knowledge, proven experience, and natural sales ability enable her to develop strong client relationships and help drive the continued growth of Goodwins.
Her broad experience has given her an exceptional understanding of people, property, and the challenges that can arise within the industry. Vicki’s attention to detail, clear communication style, and ability to connect with people from all walks of life make her a valued and trusted professional.
Known for her honesty, strong work ethic, and great sense of humour, Vicki is committed to delivering outstanding service and ensuring property owners and tenants receive the best possible experience. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling and is always eager to learn something new.
