The International building was completed in 2020, a conversion of the ex-Fonterra headquarters at 9 Princes Street; now a 17-level residential apartment block.
The building incorporates both heritage and modern elements, with unrivaled amenities and shared spaces including a concierge service, residents’ dining room, heated outdoor swimming pool, gymnasium, cinema, wine cellar, and library – facilities more commonly found in a five-star hotel.
Goodwins worked directly with new owners living in NZ and abroad to place tenants & manage around 20 of these luxury apartments.
