The apartment is a corner residence in the truest sense. Two full sides face the water, which means the harbour is with you from the moment you walk in and stays with you wherever you settle. The kitchen looks at it, the living room opens onto it, the bedrooms wake to it, the terrace wraps around the side of the building to catch the last of the western light.

The interior was lifted well beyond the developer finish by owners who knew what they wanted. Miele runs the kitchen end to end. Stone benches, integrated joinery, no compromise pieces. The living and dining flow as one room, anchored by an oversized sofa and a dining table positioned so that conversation never has to compete with the view.
