Yang Yang (YY) brings a rare blend of creative intelligence, disciplined execution, and deep real estate experience to her role. With 13 years in the industry and a background spanning design, media, digital operations, customer experience, and business development, she offers clients a truly holistic level of support throughout their property journey.
Beginning her career in multimedia design—across visual communication, UX/UI, interior design, advertising, and marketing—YY moved naturally into real estate, where her strengths in presentation, brand enhancement, sales process, and digital strategy quickly set her apart. She holds two master’s degrees: a Master of Arts and Design (AUT, A-level with honours) and a Master of Business Development (University of Auckland, 2025). She will begin her MBA at the University of Auckland in September 2026, continuing her commitment to lifelong learning and professional growth.
Organised, systematic, and proactive, YY is known for her ability to manage complex processes with clarity and calm. Her attention to detail, strong analytical reasoning, and genuine people-first mindset provide clients with exceptional support and confidence. With a refined design eye and a passion for interior styling, she elevates property presentation to ensure every home makes a compelling first impression.
YY has reinstating her REA licence and returning to residential sales with renewed strategic direction and motivation.
Originally from China, YY has called Auckland home for many years and particularly enjoys the community and coastal lifestyle of the North Shore. Outside of work, she enjoys interior design, musical, tennis, coastal walks, and exploring new cafés and neighbourhoods—always curious, always learning.
