Jake began his career as a builder apprentice, gaining hands-on experience and developing a strong understanding of property maintenance, enhancement, and practical problem-solving. After over five years in the construction industry, he transitioned seamlessly into property management, where his technical skills provide a valuable edge in maintaining and managing properties efficiently.
Born and raised in Auckland, Jake is an avid outdoors enthusiast, with a particular love for snowboarding, skiing, and exploring New Zealand’s stunning mountains, Cadrona being a favourite destination. His experience in the instructing industry, including participation in North Island championships, demonstrates his commitment to excellence and personal growth.
Known for his friendly, approachable, and easy-going demeanour, Jake takes pride in building strong relationships with landlords and tenants alike. In 2025, he was recognised for his outstanding work, winning the Rising Star of the Year award at the PMC National Awards.
