How does the Virtual Appraisal process work?

  1. Send an appraisal request through our website form (see button below)
  2. We will give you an initial call to discuss your property and requirements
  3. You can either send us a recorded walk-through video of your property OR we can schedule a FaceTime walk-through tour with you
  4. We will complete a formal rental assessment and respond to you via email
  5. Upon signing a Goodwins’ Management Agreement, we are able to advertise your property promptly.
  6. We will provide you detailed instructions on how to best market and advertise your property.

We are able to source, screen, and approve tenants for your property during the lockdown. However, please note due to the current Covid-19 restrictions, tenants will not (unless exceptional circumstances can be proven) be able to start their tenancy until sufficient restrictions are lifted.
