About Philip

With a background in law enforcement, Logistics and real estate sales, Philip joined Goodwins in 2001 as a Property Manager. After gaining extensive experience in all facets of property management, Philip took a new role, in 2012, as the Senior Property Manager, Training and Development, supervising the Property Management team and working closely with the General Manager, in staff training, mediation work and Health & Safety.

After a brief retirement in 2017-2018, Philip has taken a new role with Goodwins, as Client Services Manager, working out of the Mt Albert Office. This role will see Philip developing relationships with new and existing clients, promoting seminars and overseeing a survey programme developed to bring excellence to our property management services.

Philip enjoys walking in his home suburb of Titirangi, and enjoyed extensive travel time in France, Italy and Greece, during his brief retirement.
