About Us

Goodwins.co.nz is a family owned business operating from Waimauku, Auckland, New Zealand. We have been selling goods online since 1998 to thousands of satisfied customers all over New Zealand, and beyond. The registered owner of goodwins.co.nz is Monotapu Marketing Limited, incorporated in 1998.

We aim to keep our overheads as low as possible so that our customers can enjoy competitive prices, and good old fashioned kiwi customer service.

AVAILABILITY AND SHIPPING IN NEW ZEALAND

Some products listed are in stock and will generally be despatched from goodwins.co.nz the same day you order, provided the order is placed before 2pm on a weekday. Orders for products in stock placed on the weekend or public holiday will ship the next business day. Products not in stock will either be in transit from our suppliers to us, or ordered in. Estimated shipping times for all products are listed.

Your purchase will be shipped to your delivery address via NZ CourierPost nationwide, including RD addresses and Post Boxes. A signature will be required on delivery. We will send you an email when your order is despatched including courier ticket number and estimated delivery date.

Shipping cost within New Zealand is at a fixed rate of $2.00 per order for order values under $50.00. Shipping within New Zealand on order values over $50.00 is FREE.

PAYMENT AND ORDERING OPTIONS

We accept the following forms of payment:

1. Credit card - Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club and American Express.
2. Internet Banking - this is listed as a payment option at checkout.
3. Cheque - please make cheques out to 'Monotapu Marketing Limited', and post to goodwins.co.nz, Po Box 92, Waimauku, Auckland 0842, including details of your order and delivery address. Goods will be despatched when the cheque has cleared.

Placing orders with goodwins.co.nz is easy. You have the following options:

WARRANTIES AND RETURNS

All products are sold on a non-returns basis. If a product is damaged in transit we will either replace it or provide a full refund. Refunds will be made in kind (for example, if you paid by credit card, a refund will be made to your credit card; if you paid by cash, refunds will be in cash). Refunds will be provided upon receipt of the faulty item and following inspection.

To initiate a return, please use the CONTACT page providing details including invoice number and nature of damage or fault.

BILLING

Invoices will be issued in the name of the parent company of goodwins.co.nz - Monotapu Marketing Limited. Entries on your credit card statement will show Monotapu.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF NEW ZEALAND

Deliveries to an overseas destination typically take 3 - 6 weeks. The actual time taken usually depends on the delivery systems within the destination country.

Shipping costs to destinations outside New Zealand are determined by the number of items and in which International Shipping Zone the destination address is located. Shipping to an international destination is via International Economy. Click on Shipping Tables for more information on shipping zones and delivery charges.

INTERNET FRAUD AND SPAM

We are concerned about internet fraud and take every precaution to ensure that our customers are bone fide. In some cases our credit card precessor may ask for more information - please do not be offended. We also reserve the right to decline an order.

We have systems in place to ensure that your private details remain private and confidential.

We have a total dislike for SPAM and guarantee that we will not sell or pass on your private information to a third party.
